The Met is looking for individuals to conduct outbound fundraising calls to Met donors and patrons (no cold-calling!). You must be able to work a minimum of 4 part time slots a week, mornings or evenings, including 5 hours on Saturday or Sunday. Candidates with proven success fundraising or selling by phone for an arts, entertainment or non-profit organization will be considered first.
Schedules are flexible. Available hours are 9AM-1PM or 5PM-9PM during the week, 9:30- 3:00 Saturday and Sunday 4-9PM. You pick the days, and work 16-30 hours per week total.
In depth Knowledge and/or serious appreciation of the performing arts required. Meet or exceed personal and departmental fundraising goals.
Required: Selling Skills, Computer (PC) literate, ability to work and think clearly under pressure, and team player attitude.
